  • Mock-up Prototype: CNC Plastics and Metal parts & Silicone Casted parts

    • Mock-up is the visual reproduction of an end product, used to evaluate both its design and functional elements from a user viewpoint. Simply, it is a full-size model of a design or device, used for product presentations or other purposes.

    • Design Mock-up: For design review before new product development.

    • Working Mock-up: For mold synthesis and structure review before mold production.

    • Additional features: Spray (painting), Silk-printing, Anodizing, Electroplating and Laser marking.

  • Soft Tool

    • Soft tooling is a cost-effective method of tooling which allows manufacturers to produce medium to low volumes at speed.

    • Soft tooling is a great choice for prototyping or any other project that requires a functional but simple product with a smooth finish which is for mold compatibility review of multiple parts before mass production review.

    • Tooling material: Aluminum or Steel if needed with hot & cold runners as special features.

    • Injection material: Various plastics (I.e., PC, ABS, PC/ABS, PMMA, Nylon 6/6 or 12, TPU and etc.)

    • Over molding is capable.

    • Average guaranteed shots: 5,000 (Depends on complexities of parts)

  • Hard Tool

    • Hard tooling is for mass production which can withstand multiple production cycles, allowing manufacturers to quickly produce high volumes of parts.

    • Hard tooling is ideal for producing durable high-precision parts, but it takes longer to produce because they require heat treatments, post-processing and extra machining to achieve a smooth finish.

    • Tooling material: Steel (NAK80, STARVAS and etc.)

    • Injection material: Various plastics (I.e., PC, ABS, PC/ABS, PMMA, Nylon 6/6 or 12, TPU and etc.)

    • Double-injection or over molding is capable.

    • Average guaranteed shots: 300,000 (Depends on complexities of parts)

    • Average Lead Time: 4 weeks for T0 (Depends on complexities)

  • Die-casting (Aluminum)

    • Die-casting is a metal casting process which is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a steel mold cavity.

    • Die-casting has fine-grained hard skin with excellent strength and dimensional accuracy with good surface finish.

    • Tooling material: Steel / Injection material: ADC12 or similar

  • Silicone Compression Molding

    • Silicone compression molding is a simple, high-pressure situation where vulcanized rubber is transformed into a strong, useful rubber part. It is a highly effective way to create precision rubber molded parts.

    • Tooling material: Aluminum or Steel / Injection material: Silicone

    • Average guaranteed shots: Depends on number of cavities and complexities of parts

    • Average Lead Time: 5 to 7 calendar days for T0 (Depends on complexities)

  • Metal Injection Molding and Aluminum Extrusion

    • Metal injection molding (MIM) is a process for forming net-shape or near-net-shape components at a reduced manufacturing cost as compared to machining and at a higher precision level.

    • Aluminum extrusion is a process by which aluminum alloy material is forced through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile.

    • Aluminum extrusion material: AL 6000 and 7000 series.
